Getting people to your site is half the work. The other half is making it effortless for them to act once they're there. Most lost customers aren't lost to a competitor — they're lost to friction.
Make the next step obvious
One clear action, repeated where it's needed: a button to book, a number to tap, a short form. If a visitor has to hunt for how to reach you, many won't.
Answer the quiet questions
Are you open now? Where exactly are you? How much, roughly? People won't ask — they'll just leave if it's unclear. A good site answers these before they're asked.
Every extra tap between a visitor and a booking is a place to lose them. Remove the taps.
We design the path from “just looking” to “booked” to be as short as possible — and we keep adjusting it based on what real visitors do, not what we assume they'll do.
